Yeah but that doesn't turn them male. It's got to be 100% mental illness on their part.
Tomboys have always existed.
Only now, every authority in their life from a young age tells them that if you have any socially masculine leanings then obviously you are a guy trapped in a girl's body
Which is a side effect of excessive estrogen.
Don't forget, both testrone and estrogen have an affect on someone's mental state.
