Multinationals playing both sides. Create the problem profit off the solution, force an agenda causing strategy, reiging in dissidents by forcing control.

Naive to think there is one side in this rather a bunch of tools causing change. The change they herald is dystopia. The next age of automation where humanity is branded and fully controlled. They sooner bring in renewables making nations less reliant on their own industry but increasing their debts and forcing supply lines through energy, as their citizens become more and more indebted and monitored and reliant on these corps. They need vaccines, now a certificate of vaccination, no sooner linked into a master grid a barcode causing debt, banking, tech, pharma. Meanwhile with renewables nations cannot make batteries or evs or chip manufacture. It all profits the same cunts, corps rigging it.

China haven't won much. If proved they win nothing. The World goes back to the Cold War faster becoming hot. Simply another tool being used by the same corps.

Sure they might gloat. And dubiously they might have even rigged it. Nothing surprises me with greed. But I doubt it. It is far to convenient it emerged from China. It needed too so they could be blamed for it.
