Gibraltar must've vaxxed some noncitizens and tourist, because they have vaxxed 116% of their population.
Even still they are showing that 575 cases per 100,000 people last week.
That is a massive amount of cases.
Japan for comparison who has only vaxxed 29% of their population has reported 27 infections per 100,000 people
