It's most likely that when you vaccinate organisms with leaky vaccines the vaccinated population is likely to produce a variant that is deadly to the unvaccinated.
At that point, anyone who doesn't get vaccinated is in real danger of the deadly variant.
When that's the case it suddenly becomes rational to vaccinate everyone including babies, and to implement a universal passport system.
They are already talking about faked vaccine records so it is only a matter of time before we start hearing about quantum dot tattoos to mark the people who have complied with the vaccine mandate.

There is already a push to vaccinate all govt employees, many hospitals and schools, but Biden announced last week that he expects full FDA approval this fall. From that point they will really start pushing the mandates and it's only a matter of time before the leaky vaccines produce a deadly variant at which point we will have taken the first major step towards the totalitarian effort of agenda2030 aka the New World Order
