These kind of floods are really uncommon in the summer, relatively uncommon in the winter. In the Netherlands the last flood this size in that region was winter 1995.

No they're factually not. Flooding has happened throughout history at various times sometimes to even worse degrees. The same flooding happened a few years ago when the Louvre was threatened.

The problem in Europe is common sense. A much bigger problem for Europe today. It entirely adopts secular narratives instead of providing facts. The fact is a very sad fact indeed, with rapidly increasing population gaining millions and millions in decades it causes far more homes to be built on reclaimed land from floodplains and as close to any waterways as possible. Then when it floods it is far more severe and peaks into extreme proportions. The only fact there is, has been obscured by lies. Lies blaming the rain. Instead of a dumb population expanding onto a river.

Lies which sell you an EV to beat flooding. An EV is much worse in flooding because the electricity is out. Or it sells you decreased emissions, what no it doesn't, it has added millions more immigrants flooding everywhere. But the weather didn't care it rained away. It rained even harder on even more stupid people believing in the lies that an EV will save them from the rain as they populate millions more stupid people buying the EV.

Humanity are really ignorant. So ignorant infact they probably created the weather just to sell the EV. Germany has weather modifiers. Like Switzerland.

But I mean the volcano erupts and what to they do. They promise they'll build back ontop of it even better this time with even more population, blaming the volcano. Saying it was their fault for not driving the EVs, if only they drove EVs, the volcano wouldn't have erupted.

California is a similar story. But in California, it is far more ignorant. What had taken the ancient Egyptians thousands of years to cause, is taking California no time at all, decades. Desertification. Vast desertification. The strain on its ecosystem is so severe, it is causing massive problems to its natural habitat and also the local weather systems. It has drained away its ground water like no tomorrow, and it faster drains surrounding state's waterways and rivers. It has added population in toxic ignorance and in wanton greed. It hasn't stopped populating, it being one of the most populated states in America. But all it has caused is massive changes to its natural habitat, into it vastly becoming a desert. If massive tectonic activity happened it would be a desert. The globe after that event would look at America and see a region like the Sahara covering a huge part of it.

The fires that happen there ignite from human activity, and not from lava or thunderstorms. The temperature has increased from its population. Temperature is higher in cities and it impacts surrounding areas. It faster cause fires, not necessarily on purpose, although many are also set ablaze on purpose. They are set to sell climate change. Because driving EVs stops the fires. California subsidies its fires with EVs. But fire starts sometimes from reflection from glass and from metal. In hot conditions, it can ignite kindling, dry leaves, and parched grass, from the litter of cans and bottles. Or cars roofs and windows. Or sparks from barbecues, cigarette butt's, camping, and industry.

The fires faster cause mudslides as it rains, and also flooding.

Well in California it is also policy to make California desert-like again. Removing dams and so on. Look for more data.Research.

It is not just "temperatures" only. It is also policy.

Didn't think niggers could read?

Real simple. Look into European weather modifiers. Aside from conspiracy. The only cause is ignorance. Europe has populated by millions and millions in the last decade. When it populates, it builds increasing houses. It builds houses on reclaimed land. It isn't the job of the corps building houses to shore up flood defenses. Flood defenses become eroded by more and more population, populating into floodplains, and into reclaimed land, expanding as close to waterways as possible with even more population demanding new houses.

Rain is nothing new, it has happened throughout history with even worse floods in that region. Waterways make prime real estate. What makes it more severe today, although that is a lie, worst at other points with more death, is the increasing population. It is at its most in history. It has expanded even quicker last decade than at any other historical point, thanks to European policy.

The narrative is ignorance. Cut emissions. Nonsense, the population is expanding. But the rain doesn't care. It hits worse with more population, becoming more affected from peak rainfall. It makes no difference whether they drive EVs or not.

But when a secular narrative is sold, it stinks of an agenda. An agenda you should sooner question, not entirely the weather, it rains, but the solution and why is the population expanding by millions more, much more rapidly.

Be an idiot and buy into the climate change. It's weather it changes a lot on this planet. So much infact it has the volcano or the flood or even the iceage. But there's the dumb human promising to build back better on top of it. Promising the volcano, or the flood, or whatever that they'll drive more EVs next time. Promising to cut the emissions by populating even more EVs on the volcano.

Well you know - I live in Europe (more specific: Poland).

No food reserves - right. But why ? Part of it is its costs(especially in central-eastern europe it is the issue), another part is "common sense" or rather brainwashing doing its work as many people are brainwashed to believe "government will help you" and such shit - what is the case about Germany and any western Europe countries.

And about building on flooded areas. u/JollyJocker probably don't know how big problem is corruption. In theory there are state regulations. In practice however developers build what they want where they want, they have just to bribe some officials. Also in western Europe, also in such Germany.

But yes,you are also right many people are indeed idiots who would buy cheap place near the river too. Well there are funnier situations, some idiots are building near airports, racetracks, on villages, near shooting ranges and complaining about natural things that surround them. So sometimes farmers are forced to stop farm, racetracks and shooting ranges are closed and so on. Because "muh democracy" (rather ochlocracy or idiocracy).

Do you have evidence that what was flooded was recently-developed land?

https://www.esa.int/ESA_Multimedia/Images/2021/07/Satellites_map_floods_in_western_Europe

The flooded areas look to be along river banks.

Do I have evidence? Simply confirm German and European population increases for the last 10 years. Google. Checking the population increases of towns and villages along the river. What happens when the population rapidly increases. Migrants enter cities, heaps of condos are built, pushing nationals, house buyers out rurally, because city house prices increase. Rural house prices are more affordable and in these communities it is far easier for natives to integrate into. But thousands and thousands of new houses get built to accommodate the rapid expansion and the increased influx. Yes absolutely new houses were built on reclaimed land, floodplains, because any planning permission simply allowed more homes to be built increasingly. This phenomenon has increased all over Europe. It's not an assumption. It is human nature. Well it isn't human nature. It is greed. Nobody asked for it. Nobody asked can you please flood the country with millions more population so it can wash our lives away. But there is the greedy government rasing taxes just to flood its population with.

I am skeptical that any significant portion of what you wrote actually happened where the flooding occurred.
