Modern Christians do not worship any emperors as godly beings. Strawman Argument.
Apophenia: "is the tendency to perceive meaningful connections between unrelated things...to imply a human propensity to seek patterns in random information, such as gambling" and is not the appropriate word to apply to my statements seeing as my previous statement does not claim God exists based off any real world observations, my statement assumed God exists and then claimed modern Christianity is closest to understanding that idea. Ad Hominum Argument.
Your final argument is basically "Look at this other religion has been around longer" implying that they must be more correct based off the fact its been around longer ? False Cause Argument.
Fact is some of the smartest and influential people in all of known history were scientists who also believed in God. I would continue this debate if you didn't clearly come off as completely disingenuous. Disingenuous because you are making straw-men arguments and clearly argue out of contempt, and not further your own understanding nor to further others understanding. Good day to you
Through all the religions there is a base element of good versus evil.
Good being equal to "cause no harm to others" and evil being equal to "do what you want to others".
Going back to the original "religions" there are moral lessons to be found. Yes, the thieves have corrupted the original meanings of the lessons for their own purposes, but that does not mean one should disregard the entire item because of the selfish need for control by psychopaths.
