This doesn't really fall under the category of conspiracy since mainstream media is already reporting on it and the White House has acknowledged it:

Its like nobody knows what the word "conspiracy" means anymore. Just because the main stream media acknowledges it's existence doesn't mean it isn't a conspiracy.
