When I first saw the Champlain building collapse I had a feeling it was jewish lightning which is the common practice of jews burning down/destroying their property for insurance money. This practice is quite admitted by jews who are proud to have the chutzpa to commit such acts that non-jews would not as commonly conduct. But I have not had the time to research it.
