The report and analysis does not account for total number of vaccinated vs unvaccinated people.
So >50 yr there's not many delta deaths in the unvaccinated because there aren't many unvaccinated in that age group.
The reports says the vaccines may be around 10% less effective against Delta, meaning they are still fairly effective against it.
If you are not going to get the vaccines you should get ivermectin in case you get infected, especially in UK where you can't find a doctor to proscribe ivermectin because of universal healthcare.

Israel claims that 50% of the delta variant (the current dominant strain) infections are in fully vaccinated people.
But Israel has like 80% vaccination, so if the vaccinations were not doing anything you'd naively expect 80% of the infections, not 40% claimed in that article.
So if 40% of delta cases are in the vaccinated then clearly the vaccine is doing something... 80% reduced to 40%. On top of that the vaccinated are probably carelessly taking more risks and getting exposed more often, so if you were vaccinated and taking the same precautions as unvaccinated that 40% should be even lower for you personally.
Most of the time vaccines work and most of the time they don't seriously harm people. The question is just how many people are they hurting and for you is it a good risk to take vs ivermectin, vitamins, and just generally staying health.
Israel is 57% vaccinated, just over half so half at vaxxed and just under half are not vaxxed and 40-50% of delta infections are fully vaxxed so it's working out to appear that the pfizer vax is roughly 100% useless against the delta variant except at making the virus 10× deadlier.
Don't forget a huge portion of the unvaxxed actually have natural immunity already which may be another reason the vaxxed population is more susceptible. Not only does the vax not work but because they were vaxxed they didn't get natural immunity to the original virus

The delta deaths in the UK are primarily vaccinated. I have seen this on multiple reports. This report is specifically 50 upwards because that age group accounts for close to 95%-99% percent of all the COVID deaths. It is very rare for under 50s to die of COVID. But granted they do, occasionally. Generally COVID deaths have multiple diseases attributing COVID as another cause of death. Unless the age group is above 70, where almost every disease and injury sustained can lead to complications and even fatalities.
Most above 50s in the UK are vaccinated. But they are dying from COVID increasingly. As in 20k new COVID cases yesterday reported in the UK. 1 month later vaccinated keep dying. What did the vaccine do?
The meta data is more non vaccinated hospitalizations but more vaccinated deaths. Medicine works, vaccines didn't.
There are many possible explanations for more deaths in the heavily vaccinated >50.
For example, evolutionary pressure could have made it into measles-like hyper transmissible, so it spreads even among the ~10% vaccinated that didn't develop antibodies.
You must have more data than reported to determine what is really going on - which is probably why they neglect to include that data.
There are far more reports. But the meta data is far more vaccinated are dying from Delta. Although there are more non vaccinated hospitalizations. More vaccinated are dying.
There is no other speculation apart from the vaccine provided far greater risks.
