I think it’s safe to say if anyone had the technical ability, financial resources, savvy friends/acquaintances/circle, testicular fortitude (+combined psychosis) and motive to create, deploy and successfully pull off a dead man’s switch like this with the alleged data it’s this man. There aren’t many like him that we know about, but I’m sure there are a few in this world.
