its clearly evident that recent empirical studies show... regular folk, w/ common sense, aint gonna bite winning a 100$ amazon gift-card on a covid-vaccine lottery.

if all else fails, SCARE THE EVER-LIVING-FUCK OUT OF THEM ... and see what happens.
