I agree. Trump is the wrong person to push forward, as he is complicit in much of what is going on now. He had his chance, and for all of his boisterousness that did alert us to the issue at hand, he did almost nothing to try to thwart it, and his “2024” nonsense is a joke. There is no 2024 if 2020 is not addressed.

I’m not sure who the right person is. Flynn maybe? At the very minimum, at least I am convinced Flynn is not deep state. I can’t think of anyone else I can be so sure of.
