REST, noun [Latin resto] - "cessation of motion"

Form cannot sustain without flow. Anyway; relax and no stress about replying.

That's you transmuting (relocation of form within flow) within the momentum of motion; as form within flow. You're mimicking flow; while perceiving not moving as stillness.

STILL, verb transitive (G., to put, set, place) - "to stop, as motion or agitation". Notice how "put, set and place" implies motion; while "to stop motion" contradicts it?

In short...we're operating as temporary form within the confines defined by ongoing flow. Only if one is set into motion, can one choose to ignore (stop comprehending) motion. When you're still...does your heart stop; do you stop breathing; does your blood stops flowing? Nope; still form adapting to flow. You can lay body/mind to rest; but the self (blood) stays in adherence to flow.
