True, but if they want to hype it up and make them care they will! They could probably engineer some floods and hurricanes or whatever, and blow it out of proportion and start saying we need to do something to save the vulnerable!!g Give 24/7 media coverage to it and people will fall for it, they fell for the sniffles!

But I reckon they still have a solid 5-10 years of medical terrorism to work with for now
