Btw, this is George Webb's thesis. He was the first to point out that this research had origins at University of North Carolina and Fort Detrick and IIRC a research lab in canada.
He also said--and got in a lot of trouble for it--that patient zero was a nato female officer allegedly but (not ?) related to some french dj name benassi (?)--IIRC--who was in Wuhan for the world games which is like the olympics for military people; she got sick there with coronavirus like symptoms and Webb said maybe she was infected there in order to be a vector to bring this over to the US
