Hope/fear represent beliefs based on the suggestion of "future" within the suggestion of "time" (the inversion of motion). When you consent to have hope/fear towards that which isn't (future); you thereby ignore that which is...the moment(um) within motion. That ignorance is why others suggest time (past; present; future) to trick us to ignore that "time" measures what? Motion; movement; flow...instead we consent to believe in affixed states (past; present; future); while ignoring ongoing flow. The very same flow establishing our form; which demands our constant adaptation for the sustenance of self (form) within flow.
