Very funny /s - it was a login, not so good joke.
Putin likes DOGS. Sometimes use them to scare other people like Merkel. Nothing strange, some journalists claim that before he joined KGB,as young kid other children gave him nickname крыса (rat).
And it is genius nickname for him. Smart like a rat but also can be ruthless and brutal as a rat, cornered can be dangerous like a mad rat too. He has rat perfect survival instincts. And rat-like face at the end ;)
