It is really easy. Not moved middle numbers (tens).

As u/HuggableBear states:

The problem clearly states he fucked up and to point out the error. The error is that he skipped the tens column. The end. This entire exercise is nothing more than teaching children to count by hundreds, tens, and ones to subtract.
