It's really hard to say what's actually in these syringes.
It's possible that the primary purpose of this round of injections is just the establishment of the "vaccine" based human track & control system.
Once that control system is in place, they can put anything they want in future mandatory injections, or injection 'updates'.
With that said, I doubt they're letting this round of injections go to waste.
