I was in a college art class back in the late 90's. Upon being asked by our professor our opinions on the art of the 20th century, the entire class had one answer for him. Every one of us told him it wasn't art, but fraud.
I'd pay no more than $500.00 for that piece, without the frame. The frame adds no value to that painting, and any decor that can accompany that frame would not benefit from the painting it holds.

I get it, that's the point. Obscurity. Even so, if you'd like a replica, just let me know.
