I did this once. Had a professor who consistently showed up late for class, to the point where it became clear that we were not going to make it through even 50% of the material on the course we were heading. The students elected to form a committee (all women too...female teacher as well) to go talk to the teacher after one class she was phenomenally late for.
I was incensed at the time, and was kinda appalled at how students thought it ok for a teacher to be repeatedly and serially disrespectful, yet had to tiptoe around "feels" to avoid coming across as rude to the teacher. I'm a quiet guy, so I really stunned my class and let them have it a bit for being wusses.
Oh, this same teacher forced every student in the class to have lunch with her (in groups, but this wasn't a small class). The fun part is that she packed her own lunches, and ate a minimum of 6-7 different things. Maybe skip that third sandwich once in a while and get doing what you need to do. Geez.
