You can literally find any pine tree and find the new growth on it (tips of branches) and cut off say two handfuls of needles, wash them off thorougly in cold water and then hang them somewhere to dry like an herb drying net or in a food dehydrator with low to no heat (low warm air only)
and then you can break or cut them up into a jar and then use a TBS of chopped per 8 oz of water in a tea bag or tea ball
You can do this with any tree in the pine family except for YEW
YEW is toxic
you can do fir, spruce, hemlock, ...not sure about larch, look it up, but def. not yew. Yew is poisonous
It's rare to find a yew just hanging around....there's a saying I just made up..."YEW have to know what YEW are doing when you're making pine tea"
To play it safe, just use pine, the trees are easy to tell apart
