Because axo thinks the world is "expanding". That's an old proto-flat earth meme to cover up the pole shifts.

The Giza pyramid was the center of the ancient world. Antartica wasn't always frozen over.

Any good disinformation is going to have some truth to it. I personally believe "they" rolled this out as a way to cover up hollow earth theory. Admiral Byrd seems like a credible witness.
