How is only 1% reported on vaers? Is than a guesstimate because Vaers is voluntary entries?

Yes, but with much more attention being drawn to it now some are saying it may be closer to 10%. Either way the bottom line is that the VAERS database is severely under reported to so having thousands of recorded deaths is alarming.
