Unless the vaccinated have nanomachines that could get them killed in 1 finger snap (by a bunch of cowards that can't even take Iran down, that is) then I don't think so.

Yeah even if it was a timed decay that destroys the vaccinated bodies, they wouldn't all drop dead at the same time.
