That's simple...neither exists within reality (motion). Motion offers constant change as inspiration to our senses; it does not name; brand; idolize information...we do that through languages and it represents a self inflicted corruption of communication; which besides causing a parasite exploiting us through it (spellcraft aka words as belief based idols allowing those who offer them to define reality for those who consent to believe in them), also caused the ego; the inner monologue constantly tempting us to ignore motion (reality) for beliefs (fiction).

Anyway...the only thing within a system based on motion that cannot ever change are the rules (the laws of nature) that define how motion operates; and since we are within physical motion; we can only mentally comprehend them; which represents our balance within motion; that allows us a) to gain self discernment as being ONE within ALL through choice of action (adherence over ignorance aka need over want) and b) to build our ever changing assumptions on a never changing foundation of comprehension.

What creates a lie is ones consent to believe a truth (affixed); while ignoring a reality based on motion (constant change).

Each one of us has to choose to not ignore reality by oneself; which is why we cannot change the minds of others without using suggestion and therewith corrupting them into more ignorance. When you consent to any belief you will perceive reality through the lens of those beliefs; which is why you will defend your beliefs whenever they get contradicted.

Yet whenever another suggests a fresh belief to you (entertainment for example aka enter tame mind) then you will easily consent to it; because you act upon wants; and a want set into motion creates exponentially more wants aka corruption of creation through motion.
