A dear friend of mine lives in Winter Garden, Florida. Same HOA community that Chauvin has a house in.
His house was empty except for the camera crews and graffiti on the side walk.
This is a high end HOA community. Average home is worth 500K.
Own a house, as a cop, in a HOA with a home valued at 500K or more.
