Curious. No disrespect. Not trying to pry. Did this happen to you?
I have been married to my wife for 25 years.
Male/ female friends come and go, this I know.
Both of us have male and female friends, but at the end of the day we are still one.
Trust. Hard and long to earn and easily destroyed in a moment.
Transparency. Being yourself even with your flaws. We all have them.
Neither of us are afraid to fart and belch in front of each other.
I don't rummage through her purse, period. She gets into my wallet all of the time, for money.
Communication is key. we have two ears and one mouth for a reason.
Communicating is more about listening than talking.
Actions speak louder than words. I show her I love her more than I say it.
Hiding anything is a demonstration of a lack of trust.
Hiding things demonstrates a lack of transparency because of a lack of trust.
A lack in communications demonstrates a lack of transparency because of a lack in trust.
Self confidence. Without self confidence, one cannot be transparent, nor communicable, which both are necessary for trust.
She has male friends, whom I know. I have female friends, whom she knows.
And at the end of every day we do not go to sleep before we express our love for each other.
At 25 years married she still lets me chase her around the house trying to play grab ass.
I love my wife and definitely know she loves me!
