Just curious why being "anti-vax" is so stigmatized.

That's exactly why. They turned "anti-vax" into an insult. If you don't believe in the magic of pseudoscience, then you don't believe in science and you are dumb and must be removed from society. So the conclusion is that you must take any kind of vaccine pushed by those who want to create their own globalist society to be a true member of society.
