ALL does not need measurement, because it cannot grow...it defines the limit of growth (potentiality) for the ONEs within.

There's no goal for ALL; nothing to reach; for it is already ALL that can be; it is the function of self sustenance, and the loss/recharge procedure of self sustenance is like the name suggests...within the self of ALL; which represents the energy as the source of ALL information. The foundation of possibilities.
