I'm a Christian, so I prescribe to the theory that "aliens" are actually demons who will come to "enlighten" us after all the crazy natural disasters that happen early in the book of revelation. The one world government is set up with the antichrist leading it to ensure contact with the "aliens" goes well. Then Christ comes back, all that stuff happens.
