the greeks compared the position of the Sun’s rays in two locations to calculate the spherical size of the Earth with reasonable accuracy over 2000 years ago... Please disprove this (if you can)... Should be easy with our current tech/ understanding etc?

how come Different stars are visible from different latitudes?
if the earth is flat why do Sunsets and sunrises happen at different times depending on your longitude?
why cant you observe mountain peaks if im at another one at far distances if the earth is flat? Is the mountain flat too?
