I wouldn’t say the Chinese are low IQ but they certainly aren’t on the same level as the west culturally speaking. China may seem nice and shiny today but in reality it’s a thin veneer of 21st century tech spread over a mass populace that is let’s face it incredibly uneducated about the world.
Technically China is 2nd World. 3 worlds classification came from Cold War 1st world being Blue Team USA and the West. 2nd world was the communist bloc. 3rd world were the nonaligned nations which were mainly in Africa and South America so the term became synonymous with poor backward countries.

I agree with all your points except number 4. I would argue this is a more cultural problem rather than a genetic one. Genetically the current Chinese and those of the Ming dynasty are pretty similar.
