I have kinda sucky eyesight, and I get halos and light aberrations (due to Lasik), and I think it may help accentuate the effect that stars have. Like, specifically, Rigel really stood out. And if you look at artist's renditions, it really does look like electricity moving around in geometrical patterns in some.
Different strokes for different folks I suppose. Hard to say who you're trying to redpill. IRL I usually start off with "Want to hear something crazy?". Yeah sure. "Outer space is completely fake. All of it." Huh? "Yep, we've never been to outer space all of it's fake completely." Then I pull out a few gifs such as the 1247-FF Nasa film and say "look at this". They say, what is that is that real (cause it looks super fake). I say "Yep, this is supposed to be an Apollo 15 Satellite orbiting the moon LOL".. they say OMG, that is definitely fake what the hell. And I'm like "Yep (then give a quick spill about how we've never been to space, the earth and the moon are actually the same size, satellites are ground based technology that's been around since WW2, there is no south pole and antarctica has been off limits since 1959, NASA came out just a year or two later, all the pictures of earth from space are photoshopped, the earth picture from apollo 11 was shot from a round airplane window(show video if skeptical), Disney's Walt Disney was good friends with Werner Von Braun german rocket scientist former Nazi we took from WW2 during operation paperclip, everything has been faked completely with cartoons and cgi.). THEN take any questions about it because I'm well informed on the subject about it. Usually Red pills the hell out of people. I tell them if you tell anyone this they are going to think you're crazy, so I would recommend learning all about it first. Most people can see it when I Explain it to them no problem and are amazed about it. Probably 1 out of 10 people say they or someone they know told them something about it. I talk to a lot of people.
