u/Plamethrock : I doubt it. Neurons transplantations are hard alone and brain is only part of your body - influence of your spinal cord on your brain and even influence of bacteria's living in your digestive system...

I am even not mentioning neural tissue degeneration what makes "living forever" impossible in this case. Best what would be achieved in the future to create "immortality without soul" is scanning and digitalizing man personality.

Brain transplantation - even with use of clone - would be extremely hard and risky - if even possible.

But "ellites" use probably stem cells. Vampire/alien theory by the way... Strange and scary but intriguing... Why they needed blood ?
