My employer has given a deadline for the vaccination/shot. They have sent an email saying that in June, unvaccinated people will not be allowed into the building.
Does anyone have ideas or recommendations on how to claim exemption?
This soft-forcing of the vaccine/shot is absurd. Why are companies acting as the enforcers of this?
They are forcing you to receive an experimental vaccine that has not been approved by the FDA. A vaccine that makes people ill and is responsible for killing people. That sounds like an extreme amount of liability for a large company to put on themselves...I wonder if they have even considered this? Also get paperwork. A supervisor saying you get fired if you skip it is not enough. Make them request this in writing.
They aren't allowed to even question fake service dogs due to ADA HIPPA laws. When the fuck did the law change. Submit the law that protects you as your covid proof.
I work inside a covid unit 40 hours a week. I refuse the vaccines and all their tests. Your medical situation is none of there fucking business. Period.
I would request they front the bill on dr visits to ensure it is safe for you(specifically were all different). Until a dr signs off, its them(people with no medical training at all) making a medical decision for you based on zero medical history. They need to compensate you for travel and time since this is their request. Make it fucking difficult, and then decline anyways and lawyer up.
Fuck these tyrants.
