You must understand that stars are so far away there is a 'forced perspective' that always keeps them in a relative position. Like, when you're in a car or plane at night and staring at the moon, the moon seems to stay aligned with you, never moving from your perspective because it is at such a considerable distance away from you it seems to 'hang' in the same field of view. Also, the earth does not wobble quickly. Each wobble takes 26,000 years to complete it's cycle.
