My phone keeps crashing and I think it's a good opportunity to move away from constant surveillance. Im searching for phone companies with strict privacy policies that do not collect and sell data, I would lunk to know your thoughts and opinions. Thanks. I have looked into t- mobile, at&t, and cricket wireless and it's a no go.

Does it matter when Samsung/Apple/Google alone can sell your data to the FBI?
Also I don't think there are, they would be monopolized all along, and the Smartphone is known as the Mark of the Beast for a reason.
The monopoly that escapes your comprehension is called usury; all institutions are in it if they use so called "money". The corporations aka corporate dead entities you are shown; represent fronts to maintain ignorance towards the usury cartel monopoly.
Money never had value; ONEs ability to evaluate ALL existence represents the highest value...money was the offer used to trick mankind to ignore ONEs free will of choice of evaluation. Money represents a substitute value for human existence; usury was used to completely devalue human existence, while also consolidating everything substitute value could be attached to (including intellectual property), and now the end of physical fiat will be used to put participation in existence behind a paywall of consent, towards those who devalued the human species, by tricking them to consent to ignore reality.
Is it possible to then go old school? Flip phone or brick shit that only functions as a phone. I dont even think it's an option any longer.
Your location will still be tracked so long as you have a cell signal. But yes its mostly secure due to almost no data to collect
