they've been attacking homesteaders and homeschoolers for a while now...

the social stigma against homeschooling has been going on for at least a decade. the narrative is home schooled kids are mal-adjusted weirdos and social outcasts with no personal skills...

the reality is they are just pissed off whenever they can't subject a kid to their brainwashing.
