Since we already are in prison

Comprehension is the key to understand that "freedom" can only exist within "boundaries". Afterwards ONE needs to opt out of the fictitious prison (the laws of men) and instead start to adhere to the boundaries of ALL reality (the laws of nature).

how can this scare us?

Fear originates in death; which represents ONEs ignorance towards sustaining life. It's the temptation of selfishness...want over need aka that which could be for that which is. What is the implication for ignoring reality (motion)? Adherence (consent) to fiction (beliefs).

Now "imagine" your biggest fear, then go outside among other life-forms and ask yourself why that fear doesn't affect them, while you both share the same habitat? Because it's all in your head..."fear is the mind-killer".
