I just flew from the US to Japan without crossing Europe. If the earth isn’t round, Based on every model you have, How is that possible ?

Yes there is. Flying east to west and vice versa there is a difference. The only thing that keeps the time the same is the pilot choosing what speed and height to fly to get to his landing window. They are on a schedule. You are going to have to show some data to prove otherwise. Fuel consumption / time / speed / distance traveled. Honestly what causes the time difference is the jet stream. Jet stream is affected by the rotation of the Earth.
