What I see: a slightly “expanded” (edited) interpretation of the 7 chakras, starting clearly from the root, and occasionally showing one chakra expanded into two spheres, in a sense to show the composite nature of those chakras/energy centers.
The version most are familiar with is even more explicit in this branching technique:
To me it seems like the classic case of a later group stealing an earlier groups knowledge/spiritual technology, making a few changes and saying “I made this”.
I do think that what is represented here has validity in some sense and relavent, practical use to us. That is the only explanation I can come up with for how so many independent cultures developed their own, highly overlapping, human “bio energy” paradigms.
That knowledge was their top science. It is still our top science. Neuroscience.
Transformations of the info take place as it moves between cultures and languages.

A chair is not a really a chair, it's just a temporary description of the matter that makes up that chair. The chair won't be like that forever, it will be broken down, or burnt, and become other things. This process is happening everywhere all the time. The names/descriptions we assign to things are just temporary, information, always re-organizing and improving. We get attached to those names and descriptions thinking they are "permanent", but it's really more like a hologram, where time will erase them. So that's the grand illusion.
