I want one flat earther to just get in a boat and sail around the world then fucking explain how they were actually able navigate around said world. AROUND it.

Never met a flat earth sailor or a flat earth pilot.

As the theory goes, you don't sail around the globe. Since north is constantly the center of the globe, you are actually just constantly heading in the direction of east relative to where the compass is pointing. Simple explanation.
