Your still in your body even when you "leave your body" and outside stimulus can bring you back. Your still you, you just loose your own sense of yourself. I literally thought to myself the first time I dabbed dmt that I'm not breathing. I literally had no sense of my own breathing.

salvia is like being catapulted into pretty things, sorta violently, and so fast you cant see the scenery.
