If any patient is in the UK and suffers an adverse event, a reaction or complication they are able to report to the UK's regulatory agency (MHRA) using the Yellow Card system here https://yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk/ (there is also an app).

DO NOT depend on your healthcare professional to report it.

Please spread this around. Adverse events should be accurately reported, and collated because we all need to know what is going on.
