I suspect President Trump was totally unprepared for the bioweapon attack and he knew our (((mainstream news media))) would succeed in manufacturing hysteria, so the battle was lost before it begun and Trump's only choice was to act as controlled opposition and dance to the Jew World Order's false narrative and attempt to mitigate some of the damage.

Trump wasn't able to immediately present data showing the ridiculous doomsday claims were false because only fake data and fake news was available for the first few months.
