On Friday, the Minneapolis City Council approved $1,181,500 for communication with the community during the trial.

Each influencer will be paid a flat fee of $2,000

Makes you wonder what the remaining $1,169,500 is for..unless its fee's for the social media companys to boost posts/videos by these influencers.
