The world governments know what is coming. They are already prepared.
They don't give two f's about the rest of us. Period.
They have known this since 1949.
The point he is making is that the preparation our government has made for the Elect are going to fail, and we all need to get together and make a new plan. Idk what plan is indicated. :(
