The quarantined people will become wild animals and eat their own -- This is exactly how the exterminations are done.

Everything done here is mind control -- not merely forcing you to complinance but conditioning you to kill.

People will degrade and regress into wild animals and it might be too late to save us.

Because GRC is VERY Pro-Putin and Pro-Russia. I won't say it wasn't credible (and in fact the guy has a point), but keep in mind Russia, China, the US and every other country is compromised. (Yes, including Iran)
