I swear the design of pillows could be better to allow more steady airflow to the brain and more comfort. I think I've seen Eastern beds where they have very small and thin pillows. This really looks like the right thing. My gut tells me that the giant and fat pillows Americans use is making them more dumb because it makes them sleep with their neck tilted down towards their feet, restricting airflow. You really only need an inch or so to support the head, not 3-5 inches. I am not a sleep scientist or whatever they are called. I'm just a normal guy with an opinion.
If this were true, I'd imagine it would be complete aids to find the truth and research via search engines which are riddled with shilled articles, same with mattress info.
Sounds right. I've also noticed if my head tilts back I feel more sleepy. Like compressing the back of the neck triggers sleep?
